Encinitas Fun Up Above!

For any outdoor enthusiasts looking to relocate to an Encinitas home, take my advice, go skydiving! The rush experienced is unmatchable and impossible to give justice with words. The entire experience is awesome. It is an opportunity to meet interesting people while experiencing the blue California sky in a way most can not imagine. Skydive instructors are required to be professional, personable, and extremely safety conscious. There are a few top of the line drop zones, (a name given to skydive centers) the closest being Skydive San Diego.

Skydive San Diego’s aircraft fleet includes a DeHavilland Twin Otter as well as a Cessna Caravan, which are both fast and incredibly smooth planes that will make your ride to thirteen thousand feet enjoyable. Most people chose do a tandem skydive their first time. During a tandem, the student (you!) is harnessed to a qualified instructor for the duration of the entire skydive. You will be briefed on the jump before hand and have the option of having the entire experience professionally filmed and edited. People often say that their nerves were eased as the second they left the plane. As a first time skydiver you have no concept of what a free fall experience is like, but once you find yourself in free fall, you will quickly realize that it is a comfortable experience.

Those wishing to experience the rush of solo free fall can enroll in the AFF program and start the journey of becoming a licensed skydiver! AFF consists of taking a roughly 6 hour ground training course and doing your first skydive assisted by two certified instructors. It is the first step in getting a skydiving license! Once licensed you can skydive any where in the world, for less than thirty dollars a jump! You may not want to leave Southern California when you do become licensed; your new Encinitas house looks amazing from thirteen thousand feet!
