Encinitas Realtor Named Top 1% of 82,000 Agents

Encinitas Realtor Linda Moore is excited to share her recent award designations, which include being named as a top Encinitas Realtor and real estate agent worldwide. 

Annually, Coldwell Banker acknowledges the successes of its agents by announcing their International Awards for the top sales associates. These awards include:

  • International Sterling Society – Representing the top 14% of all sales associates.
  • International Diamond Society – Representing the top 9% of all sales associates worldwide.
  • International President’s Circle – Representing the top 5% of all sales associates internationally.
  • International President’s Elite – Representing the top 2% of all sales associates internationally.
  • International President’s Premier – Representing the top 1% of all sales associates internationally.

When the awards were presented on Tuesday March 5th, I received the honor of being named with the International President’s Premier Award, representing the top 1% of sales associates of 82,000 agents internationally. This award was only presented to 606 sales associates around the world.

I was also honored with the designation of being one of the top 100 agents in Southern California for my work helping clients buy and sell real estate in Encinitas.

These awards are tremendous honors and I am proud to be able to share them with past, present, and future clients, representing the trust and commitment they have shown to me in helping them with all of their Encinitas real estate needs.
