Relocation Assistance in Encinitas

Bank of America is working with Encinitas Realtors and home sellers to provide funding for relocation on short sales. If you are looking to sell your home with an Encinitas Realtor then you should learn more about what Bank of America is offering to customers.

For its delinquent borrowers, Bank of America is now offering $30,000 in relocation assistance if the customer works to come to a predetermined price with the bank before submitting purchase offers.

To take advantage of this offer the short sales need to be initiated before the end of the year (2012) and must close by September of 2013. The payments for relocation will range from $2,500 to $30,000 and will be determined based on the value of the home and amount owed as well as other factors. The program will be available nationally.

This is one of a few programs that have been initiated by Bank of America to help delinquent borrowers. On top of this program they have also cut their decision times on short sale offers in half from 45 days to 20 days.
