My New Segment on the American Dream Show

Today I bring to you my new segment on the American Dream Show with Craig Sewing. I got to talk at length about my love for Cardiff and my new listing at 1832 Dora Drive. The video explains it all but I will give you a little recap for those of you who are reading this at work and can’t watch the video.

Molly and I discussed the current state of the market in San Diego. It is very active right now and buyers are really trying to take advantage of the low interest rates before they start rising again at the end of the year. The market in Cardiff, however, is always strong no matter the season or the general state of the wider market. This is because Cardiff is so incredibly unique. The town encourages an active, healthy, and pleasurable lifestyle. I shared with Molly some of my favorite places to go in Cardiff such as the Cardiff Seaside Market and the Chart House restaurant and, my favorite, the Pacific Coast Grill.

Molly went on to ask me about my new listing which is actually where we filmed the segment! I told her a property like this does not come around very often because Cardiff’s popularity has made the lots that homes are located on a bit more cramped. This listing’s lot is vast with a spacious backyard and sun-room with many French doors. The whole of Dora Drive is a bit different than other streets in Cardiff. It is like it’s very own secluded neighborhood which is incredibly family-friendly.
