"Coldwell Banker is chock full of real estate agents. I know I've gone through sveral of them and other from various agencies until I happened upon Linda at an open house. I had already lost 2 houses, one 2 weeks before escrow in Encinitas - so I was extremely skeptical. Linda was there, but more importantly she was really there - she knew every property in Encinitas and she would preview any one you would be interested in... She didn't overload you with properties, but I didn't feel I was missing anything. I trusted her all the way. So much so that when she referred me to a really good agent in University City, I still felt I needed her representation. She did just that and everything went without a hitch. CA alone is a different RE mkt w/ multple offers, and how getting loans, short sales, etc that you need a person like Linda.
