Encinitas Downtown Urban Living – 118 Triton Circle

I was recently asked to come back on The American Dream with Craig Sewing to discuss my gorgeous listing in the North Shore neighborhood of Encinitas, 118 Triton Circle. I was delighted to come back on the show as this listing truly is one of a kind. These kinds of properties in North Shore, west of the five, so close to downtown Encinitas do not come up very often. This property is a detached home which is so incredibly rare this close to the town center. It is a short two blocks to the library and a short walk to downtown restaurants, beaches, and the 101.

I discussed this amazing neighborhood and all the amenities it has to offer with Molly O’Dell from the American Dream. The neighborhood works for everyone as it is so blended. It is home to empty nesters, singles, and young families making it a diverse and welcoming community. There are amazing schools in close proximity and farmers markets every weekend. 118 Triton Circle is incredibly affordable for being detached and so close to downtown. Additionally, the backyard is very large compared to other homes in the area and there are less homeowner’s fees.

After discussing my listing on Triton Circle, me and Molly touched on the current state of the market. She asked me what advice I could give to those who are deciding to or in the process of buying a new home. I told her that there was no sure-fire way to predict what will happen on the market so the best advice I can give is to say buy a home when you are ready to buy one, don’t wait for the market and don’t rush yourself. Buy when you are ready to buy and when you have found the right house.

If you have a free moment, watch my clip from the show and see some gorgeous photographs of 118 Triton Circle.
