Encinitas Home on Alrich Ave Video

Last week, I listed a post on my blog about a new house up on the Encinitas real estate market that I am selling. It’s located at 1207 Ahlrich Ave, in Encinitas, CA, and is in a good neighborhood right by the Pacific Ocean!

The owners of this Encinitas home will be down the street from Camino Real Shopping Center, Ocean Knoll Elementary, Oak Crest Middle School and Bethlehem Lutheran Church and Childhood Center. You’ll be sharing the same neighborhood as the Encinitas Community Center and Oakcrest County Park.

Closer to the Ocean lies Scripps Memorial Hospital and Santa Fe Plaza Shopping Center which are both located just over the San Diego Freeway. And of course, if you’re on this side of the freeway be sure to head to the beaches! Enjoy some fun in the sun at Sea Cliff County Park or take a few lessons at Leucadia Surf School at Moonlight Beach to get out and hit the surf!
