Linda Moore Top Individual Based on Sales Volume in 2013

Last year was very good for me. For Coldwell’s Banker Residential Brokerage Awards 2013, I was the Top Individual Realtor Based on Sales Volume, and I also represent the Top 1 % of Sales Professionals Internationally for Coldwell Banker for the Encinitas and La Costa area. This award I will receive is the International President’s Premier Individuals.

Of the homes in Encinitas and La Costa, I accumulated as much as $37.3 million in sales, which I was able to close on homes for as many as 58 transactions, which doubles the amount of the next best Realtor in San Diego County.
