You’ll want to know the expected rise or fall in housing prices over the next five to ten years. This will help you know if you are buying a home that can appreciate in value.

Other aspects to research is the type of loan you’ll be receiving. What is the interest rate? What will your monthly obligation be towards a payment? The more you can learn about home buying and what it will require of you, the less stressed you’ll be.
