Whether it’s a last-minute party you need a costume for or you’ve been slacking on your costume, these movie and TV inspired costumes are easy to put together, not to mention recognizable.

What you’ll need:

• a yellow raincoat
• green galoshes
• bright red balloon
• paper boat

For extra emphasis, you could try to replicate a missing arm.
