My wife and I were having trouble selling our home in San Diego California.  We were trying to sell it with out a realtor and trying to save money.  The house was on the market for 3 months and got a couple offers that were way below asking price.  We thought we were never going to be able to sell our home.  My wife suggested we get a professional realtor to help market our home.  We contacted Linda Moore from Coldwell Banker Encinitas California for some help with selling our home.  We have a beautiful home here in San Diego and didn’t think we were asking too much for it.  Linda came to our home and told us what needed to be done around the house to make it more marketable.  We spent the weekend cleaning and fixing little things around the house and by the middle of the week Linda had sold our house.  We couldn’ t be happier with the service she provided.
