My neighbor, friend, and fellow homeowner, Jose Mendez, a licensed contractor has been in the landscaping business since 1986, starting his own company in 1997. A local resident of Encinitas for many years,  Jose and his family live in the Summerfield neighborhood.  Jose is a man of many talents. Some of the services he offers are the following: routine landscape maintenance, yard clean-ups, building and repairing fences, pouring concrete, building retaining walls (permits are obtained if required by City) EncinitasPermitDepartment drainage systems, sprinkler installation and repair, building firepits and barbecue-islands, installation of flagstone, low voltage lighting, waterfalls and ponds, and all types of landscape planting and hardscape. Jose has worked with many local neighbors, and is well recognized, trusted, and respected. His temperament and personality are a pleasure to work with.  Jose takes good care of my own yard, and has done many, many jobs for me and other clients.  Springtime is here.
