The Most Expensive Condo in San Diego County

This 3,250 square-foot condo in Coronado costs $7.5 million. You can see from the video above that this outrageously large cost has some reasoning behind it. This corner unit has unbelievable ocean views of Point Loma and Tijuana. Since it is a corner unit, the balcony and windows provide both South and West views across the Pacific Ocean.

The unit is located in Coronado Shores, on the fourth floor in one of a cluster of luxury high rise buildings. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Phillip Molnar reported that, according to the listing agent Scott Aurich, the condo will most likely be a second or third residence for a very wealthy individual.

I am going to be completely honest with you, this video made me very covetous.
