See “Seussical: The Musical” in San Diego on Thursday!

If you have kids, had kids, or were a kid born anytime after the 1950’s, chances are you have read one of Dr Seuss’ books. Many people don’t know that he actually lived in a La Jolla home with his wife as he wrote many of his famous children books in the 1950s. Even as an adult, Dr Seuss’ clever rhymes and use of words can be looked at as an amazing piece of American cultural history. Whether you are familiar with Dr. Seuss’ work or not, you will likely find “Seussical: The Musical” to be very entertaining.
“Seussical: The Musical” will be playing at the Welk Resort Theatre from July 8th to the 25th. Although not written by Dr Seuss, it is centered around his famous books and contains many familiar plots and characters. “Seussical: The Musical” is narrated by the Cat in the Hat and was once a Broadway performance. It was slightly re written prior to going on tour and is now an awesome musical that is appropriate for all audiences. Get out of your San Diego homes and out to the Welk Resort Theatre starting this Thursday, July 8th!
